With my inspiration for Harmony's Creed slowly and sadly waning, my mind has ventured elsewhere. I feel so far away from such a close ending in that story. Sometimes I feel like giving it up....but I know you guys won't accept that.
Without further adieu, here's what may be next for me:
Harmony's Creed: Brotherhood."Nothing is True, Everything is Permitted." "What makes a villain? Is it her actions? Is it how others perceive her? Could she be evil and not be a villain? Could history turn a wicked person into a good person? Could history make a good person evil? These questions would often go unanswered, but we have the Animus now. Truth has never been so certain!"
(NOT a Harmony's Creed sequel, BUT a remastered version. In my constant quest to one-up myself, I may redo Harmony's Creed's universe and story AFTER the original one is finished. This one will NOT have a similar story. This story WILL have the same characters (beside the villain). So far on a good start. Of all the stories listed, this one is the most sure to happen. I've already worked too hard on it for it not to be given a try.)
Short Change Hero. Borderlands crossover. Starlight has taken over all of Equestria, renaming it "One Equestria." All the ponies have been forced away from their cutie marks! Well, not all, because then we wouldn't have a story. There were some who resisted, who went out in search of the trapped cutie marks. They were the Cutie Vault Hunters. Their mission was simple: free the cutie marks and overthrow Starlight Glimmer. Easy right? Well, if she didn't have an army behind her and if One Equestria wasn't so damn crazy...
Works of Equity. Death Note crossover. Starlight Glimmer, the visionary and mayor of Our Town, has found a Death Note. Double Diamond is scared of it, she doesn't believe its nonsense. Not until she discovers its true powers of course. Could this be the answer to worldwide Equality?
Raise You Like a Phoenix: Princess Celestia needs a pony to show her that magical talent still exists. She hasn't had a personal student in over a century and it shows on the history records. She needs a new student. A pony who could reign with her and help the land. Much to her surprise, this new student comes in the form of a bold young burglar named Sunset Shimmer. (What-if headcanon story)
The Stormrider: Inspired (but not a crossover) by The Wind Waker. Twilight, a young adventurous filly, must take a journey through the Labyrinth Isles when a darkness threatens the myriad of island homes. With her father's ship, The Stormrider, she must fight back this new evil while also finding new pony cultures and friends along the way. (Kids Adventure AU)
Anything that I have listed in the past that is not here is cancelled and utterly discarded.

The Harmony Creed and the Phoenix story looks promising. The rest...not so much. But that's mostly because I dislike Death Note and never played Borderlands.
All but the Death Note story sound great! My issue with the Death Note story is that the story was never my cup of tea and the villain just rubbed me the wrong way. Otherwise I am looking forward to your new stories!

Well, I'm glad you think the Sunset Shimmer tale is intriguing. It was inspired by the Fallout Boy song "The Phoenix."
I plan to make it darker in tone, but make Sunset one hell of a feisty gal.

Thanks though! Maybe I'll muster some inspiration and actually get going on these. I've written another scene for Brotherhood (one with Applejack in Ponyville). I may share it as a another sneak peek, but it does have something of a spoiler in it as well.

Do not worry to much as I am sure the Death Note fans will enjoy your story! That is what makes anime so great it can have so many different stories!
