Due to family reasons, I'm away from my computer and forced to write this with my phone. So I'll keep this short and sweet.
Now I have some good news, as a thank you to those who are still in the competition, you all get a day off tomorrow. But on Monday, it's back to business.
Anyway, here's the results to round 3. Another thing is this round will only have one person eliminated. With that, let's begin.
The first pair of winners are... Orion Caelum, and Smaug the Golden, they proved they were able to take two very unlikely characters and successfully have them in a relationship. Their fic reminded me of my old story Changeling or Not. Congratulations on making it to the semi-finals you two!
The next winners are, no surprise, Nocturnis Comics and JumpingShinyFrogs! Truly a force to be reckoned with. While their delivery with this story wasn't as powerful as their last one, it was still win worthy!
Finally, the final winner. Now why this player won, will not be mentioned. However I will say this contestant has had a string of bad luck. Her name is ObsidianPony. I just want to apologize personally for assigning her unproductive partners. So Hurricane Blitz, you're out. Sashay away.
Alright, I'm keeping short and sweet here. The next challenge for the final five will be a solo challenge. So no more partners! Anyway, all the challenges have been like actual Hunger Game challenges. But this next one is a little different.

Yes, this was the challenge I've been proud of! Now here's how it'll go down. I'll list four solo dancing styles tap, ballet, etc. And one couples dance style, specifically, ballroom dancing. And this time, it'll be first come first served. You guys get to pick the dance style your OC will do, and those who want the ballroom dancing can pick their partner. But one couple can have that choice.
You all will have 'till Thursday to complete the story, Friday at the latest. So here is the list of dance styles you all can choose from. And you all must have one different style from the other person. No samies or twinsies.

i'm sorry. i tried my best. i've never done this before and by this i mean collab. sure i've roll played but i never started things off and never had a dead line and I've never used GDocs or have writen anything romance related.

You don't need to apologise, as you said it was your first time involved in something like this and honestly I'd consider it a very good sign that you got to the third round. You never tried to get egotistical or pushy with me which I've had happen (not in this contest but elsewhere) so I wouldn't worry about the outcome too much.
I would advise getting to know GDocs though. More than anything else it's just useful, and since the site has an import option from GDocs for stories it can save time.
