My thoughts on "Rarity Investigates"

Well Well Well, now that was a grate episode if I do say so myself.

WARNING SPOILERS

Ok so we open up to Rarity in Causal boutique with Sassy Saddles, delicately putting up some dresses, given if you somehow missed the title at least one of those dresses screams "Noire". Rainbow apron helping them replace everything asks Rarity if she is going to Celestia's Royal Garden opening Rarity then gets the door slammed by the Mail Pony, He brought her the wrong package so apron saying he is busy she charms him (clever Rarity use that feminine charm), At the Party Rarity runs into a pegasus which Rainbow go's all fan girl over, Windrider. Spitfire and another wonderbolt come in and say how good rainbow is, after which she spills some punch on Rarity's silk dress, she then pulls out a trunk and swaps dresses (does she bring that thing everywhere with her? or just parties?) Every one goes to get some sleep and the Next morning, the two learn that spitfire is out because her mom is sick. After Rainbow does a short celebration of her luck I suppose would be a good word, Spitfires mom suddenly shows up perfectly healthy. Next everyone is gathered behind some curtains with the wonder bolts accusing Rainbow of sending Spitfire away, Rainbow claims she was asleep but realizes her describing her dream isn't helping. Rarity then enters to help prove Rainbow is innocent, and WOW a classic monochrome detective sequence SWEEET. Rarity monologs though this whole series of scene with them investigating the crime, being interrupted by Rainbow turning everything to color. Rarity find 1 some of Rainbows hair, 2 the letter sent to spitfire, 3 she notices a curtain undone from its wrap. she then interrogates the guards and finds out a cake was sent to them that only one place in town sells, she after asking the clerk who bought the cake she returns to the Wonderbolts. Armed with this information, Rarity recites the sequence of events after accusing Windrider. Turns out Windrider cut some of Rainbows mane, but left his colon on the letter, he hide behind the curtain and is the one who gave the guards the cake, he sent spitfire away to... protect his record? really man, I suppose I should not be surprised due to the Wonderbolts history of that sort of thing. (also how does that help I mean rainbow gets to fly so...nevermind just a small possible flaw) So Windrider tells them that Spitfire is all the way in the crystal mountains looking for a flower to cure her mothers false illness. Rainbow flies off and gets her and is back just in time for the show, Spitfire then revokes Windrider's Wonderbolt status (Pwned old man!) Rainbow then gets her spot with Rarity, leaving us with one last monolog which she says out loud (for the second time).

Over All a solid episode in my mind, and hay yet again it shows in parts how the characters have matured over the years, remember when rainbow couldn't as much as look at a dress without gaging? Anyway that ways a Grate Episode, plus hay continuity, with the last episode,YAY!
