Finally, after a crazy busy summer that feels like it has become my whole life, the end is in sight! I get my first lay in since June on Tuesday!
The off season is about to hit and I will finally be able to relax and devote my energies to writing, arting (yes, I am using that as a verb) and working on my steampunk props.
It feels strange.
Looking back, our high season has lasted a good, strong seven weeks, the best for the last four years. But it feels so much longer. I have a tendency to live in the moment, let the past become memory and the future wait for me to get there. And working the same routine, day in and out, makes them blur into a kind of Omni-day, with little to tell one different from the next. It's been a rare achievement to know what day of the week it is without having to check my phone...
But now we're on the closing stretch towards the quiet season, and it feels good.
So does all that clink in the coffers! :)
Also, got bored waiting for Hasbro to release episode 14, sooo, I'm starting again. Season one has (re)begun!
Also watching Evangelion, Sailor Moon Crystal, Gundam Unicorn and Girls und Panzer!
