I'm Not Dead, But I HAVE Released A Book · 7:40pm Aug 22nd, 2015
Hi guys. As always I'm really sorry about how long it's been since I posted here. I mostly used this blog as a place to talk about ponies and to be completely honest I'm still yet to see any of season five. Horrific I know. I'm waiting until I can watch it with the girlfriend and she's been too busy to do so. It sounds like I'm missing some pretty good stuff though.
But today I do have something personal to talk about and that's why I'm here. Apologies again for only turning up to shill things. I still read and reply to the comments I get but sometimes I disappear for more than two weeks, and Fimfiction flushes alerts that are two weeks old. I'd like to say thank you to everyone still discovering my stories here. It's really appreciated. The main reason I stopped writing fan fiction was to focus on fiction I could publish. To that end I'm here to announce the release of my latest novel. It's called Immortal Space and it's a science fiction adventure novel. Here's the description, which I rewrote at least three times.
---
The year is 2520. Trent Saxon is returning home to Earth from a self imposed isolation in space. He's shot down not long after entering the Milky Way. His ship makes it to the blue planet but his life is lost in the process.
Geoff Avery is guarding the morgue as he does most nights when he hears a sound. He pushes aside his fear and finds Trent alive and well. Geoff quickly learns Trent isn't the someone who will die that easily as he makes a bold claim about his age. A few experiments later and Geoff is convinced.
Follow Trent and Geoff as they embark on an adventure traversing two planets, make friends and enemies, and form a bond that can last several lifetimes as they learn about the past, present and future. Both of the world and of themselves. Why can't Trent die? Was the attack really random? And just what's with that scar on his chest?

You can find it on Amazon here and I'd really appreciate anyone giving it a chance, even if all you do is download the preview. Or pass it on to a friend who you think would like it. It's available in both printed form and as a Kindle ebook. Unfortunately I don't really have the financial means to spend on marketing which is a major, major issue when it comes to being self published like I am. So I have to use all channels available to me, which includes this.
If you check out the book then thank you very much. If not, then I still you.
Woot! Novel!
I'll do my best to give it a try soon, will be on my to do list. I've been meaning to try and write my own novel for Amazon related e stores, so I would be curious to know how well this does. If you were up for sharing ever?
