When I Write my own Fanasty Novel.... · 1:01pm Aug 14th, 2015
1. I'm going to make it slice of life. So much of Fanasty is going on a fantastical adventure. I'd like to focus on some practical things about living in a modern world.
2. I won't portray high school in a romantic and nostalgic light. I will show it was it is in all its flaws and its blemishes.
3. My main characters, though a boy and girl who are very close to being in love, won't be. Even in a "I'm in a friend zone with a girl/boy I have unrequited love for" way. No, I'm going to show how good the friend zone. Can be with just the right attitude.
What do you thing? Is it something I should try? Do you want more information on the actual plot ideas? Do you just not care and want to tell me to shut up right about now?

If you tell what it's gonna be, instead of what you don't want it to be, but it is gonna be anyways, then I might have opinion on it. Right now it's "Ugg.. another Harry Potter clone?".
Market is over saturated with dense MC's that have girls that are kinda into them, and go to a magical school.Also I am not that into modern fantasy. Don't over focus on the flaws and blemishes too.
Anyhow good luck writing, but you really must do something fresh with the beginning of it.
Yeah... I guess there's a lot of things to get dis couraged over...
