It’s been close to six months, but I’ve finally gone and written something publishable!
Telos
Seven ponies board a train departing from Canterlot; three guards, a young couple, and a thief.
Things would've been a lot simpler if the previous statement contained an error.
It doesn't.
Its Writeoff version was an utter mess – formatting, spelling and grammar mistakes abounded, not to say anything about the writing itself. It was a good learning experience and for all its flaws, I’m quite happy with the final product. It also roughly quadruples my total number of written horsewords! Shoutout to Not_A_Hat, who underwent the herculean task of pointing out every single misplaced comma in the piece.
It's presently awaiting moderation; once it's through, give it a read and let me know what you all think! Getting to hear what you all have to say is half the reason I post things.
One of these days I'll use a non-grayscale cover image. Just you wait.

If that's what you call "an utter mess" then I can honestly say I await the fimfic edition more eagerly than an eager thing at an eagerness convention, at the front of the line for the first panel on eager anticipation. The panel is, of course, not until the next weekend.
