I don't know if he's actually being serious when he says he wants to be President. Consensus seems to be that it's just a publicity stunt, but the current GOP lineup is so ridiculous that I'd be willing to believe that he is serious, and with an ego that huge, and a brain that small, who can tell?
So I'm going to suggest a kind of Trumpian Pascal's Wager:
If he's serious, and we pay attention to him, he might actually have a shot, and we're fucked because he wins and we have to hear about him.
If he's not serious, and we pay attention to him, he gets attention, and we're fucked because he wins and we still have to hear about him.
. . . Now I think about it, that's nothing like Pascal's Wager, but you get the idea. The best course of action is to just ignore him.
