ready for the fight

so me and my friend have been screwing around at work lately. mostly just going at with each other verbally, chewing each other, etc. anyway my friend challenged me to "duke it out" with him. we're mostly just putting our money where our mouth is, but its still a real fight with full contact punches, slaps, and other attacks and defenses.

I move around and stock on shelves hundreds of heavy boxes for a living as wells carrying huge loads of food up and down 4 flights of stairs from the basement the main kitchen dozens of times a day at the restaurant I've working at for two years. working there has done a lot more than just build my culinary skills. and that's just the upper body, my legs are like twice that size and probably three times as strong.
