So here's the deal, as some of you might have guessed I've hit a pretty big snag. It started with a case of writers block that lasted over three months. When I could finally get my ideas flowing again, I started to notice just how rushed my original thought process was. I've reached a point where a re-write will be necessary before I can move forward in this story. The re-write will consist of multiple changes ranging huge to relatively small, which I'll describe individually and in more detail.
First off I've decided to drop the over-used concept of transformation and use summoning instead. So instead of have a bunch of random transformations, Melira will actually summon League of Legends champions.
Some if not most of the current chapters will have to be scraped. I'll be keeping the convention scene that explains how she gets sent to Equestria, the conversation with discord will be significantly shorter (never should have made it that long in the first place), and there may be an additional confrontation added to the first chapter.
I'll be changing the item she gets from the merchant to an actual League of Legends item, I'm thinking Zhonya's Hourglass but I might go with a support based item instead. Whatever item I pick will have all of the abilities it has in game, though all the buffs that aren't support buffs, such as added armor or magic resist, will affect her and not the champion she has summoned, the same goes for all of the items activated abilities.
She will still have access to summoner spells but they will be restricted to league mechanics, so single target spells summoner spells like teleport and flash will only work on her and not on her allies and/or summons while spells like heal will retain there multi-target capabilities.
I might have to change the rating from teen to mature if the fight scenes get to graphic, but for right now I don't think that will be a problem.
As of right now I'm still in the planning process for the first chapter so it might be some time before this re-write actually happens but it is something I'm actively working on, so it might take some time to get the first chapter out but it will happen.

Wait, if you're going to have her be a SUMMONER instead of an actual champion, you could probably use the "orbs" that the "summoners" use in this pretty old LoL trailer as the item that sends her to Equestria:
Could probably even include the robes they used as a costume.
