    This is Blog.

I briefly stopped by this old account of mine to see what was going on in the Fimfic-verse. Dang, there's still traffic on some of my old stories? My old, old stories... huh... neato.

Anyway, like a groundhog to the desert surface, I'm dipping out. Just checking out how life is here on the website.

But my stories still get traffic? Woah.

    Beyond a Single Year

I had initially planned on making a brief post that reflected on the difference between where I was July 16, 2015 to July 16, 2016 with the intention to see just how far I've come in accomplishing the things I set out to do that year prior.

I'll be posting my final thoughts in audio recordings tomorrow.

    Until then,

    Progress Report (Posting Date.)

Editing has gone a lot smoother than I had initially intended. Today I finished reading through the chapter for a second time. As far as the grammatical error program can see, along with myself, there isn't too much in the way of things I missed.

(Though certainly there are a few that have passed underneath the radar.)

The New & Improved Updates. · 6:41am Jun 10th, 2015

While I'm not entirely sure if the new update did anything to the blogposts, it's enthralling to envision that they are: New & Improved. In what way are they enhanced? What amount of code was included to further the progress of this site? (Regarding the blogging section.)

To this very instant, I am unraveling the mysteries. Meticulously piecing clues equating to some grand plan -- a scheme, if you will, the likes of which none of us have seen before.

Or...

They might of just added a little to the way the site is laid out... It could quite possibly be that... I still prefer the previous scenario.

Hello everyone, besides the little random bit of whatever that was in the beginning. I thought I'd write a blog (seeing as I haven't in more than ten days) about the progress of the new, and final chapter to Brotherhood.

I've been groaning over my work for some time now. Struggling as I can to assemble a clear narrative voice. From what I gather, the chosen voice with which I selected seems to work. However, in editing any and all strangeness will be deleted/corrected.

This has been the biggest challenge writing the story thus far. When one usually thinks about the rigors of wrapping up a story they think:

"Man, I can't write a good ending!"

Or...

"Man, the writing stinks!"

Or alternatively...

"Man, I'll do it tomorrow! Right after I watch the Fallout 4 trailer again!"

For me, it's been a mix of them all. I'm positive writers in general suffer from these during the course of their projects creation. It is now, though, that the reality has struck me like a train dashing at a million miles a second. And the feeling isn't nice.

I managed to get back from the convention healthy, and safe. Which is usually preferable to the alternative. I needed that vacation. Because beforehand, I was writing whole sections of the new chapter in single sittings. Sadly, both my eyes and body hated doing this. So the quality suffered. After a minor attempt at correcting (which boosted my morale) the wording in general, I returned energized and able to write adequately once more.

Thusly, the chapter as of this blog post, rests at a neat: 65% done. Not much, but like I had mentioned -- I'll be posting sometime at the end of the month. And we are, after all, still within the infancy of this month. So there is time. Quickly ticking away, but nonetheless, time.

Today I wrote three scenes. Short ones, but three scenes regardless. That's a major leap for me. Because anything more than one tends to sap my motivation substantially. (Not counting my strenuous singular writing sessions.)

Tomorrow, I plan to write more. I'll get through this, damn it! Even if it kills me! *Pirate Roar*

I'll try to keep you posted on the progress of the chapter.

Thanks!
