Greetings friends and random peepers. I am AnEmptyShell, I am a strange little person, but I do have an interesting little secret. I have a knack for creating well thought out structured debates in the form of raps. Some might even call them Rap Battles. After the gentle coaxing and prodding of one of my dear friends on the site, I have come to decide to release a weekly example of my rhythmic talent. Now, I expect you, as loyal and amazing people and visitors of this site to dabble in giving me feedback and ideas of your own.
But enough of my mindless banter, let us delve into the world of lyricism and badassery.

Cheerilee vs. Time Turner
Cheerilee verse 1
The lesson today class is how to construct a rhyme
and unlike this tardy limey, I can do it on time
He's out and about, a mare player I see
Roseluck, Colegate, and even poor Derpy
I'm gonna make you regret playing the bumbling time keeper
I handle foals for a living, I'm the most amazing hardcore teacher
You call yourself a Doctor, i find that hard to believe
so tell me, where in the hay, did you get your degree?
You have no style, and without your box no grasp
it looks like this slow colt is gonna need some extra help after class

You hardcore, you're a liar, and boring too boot
you handle children for a living, it's all of one room
I happen to have friends of the female persuasion
the only time you had a date was of false motivation
and no style, are you joking, I'm always up on the trends
and I've seen your pics, Cheer, they were out of style even back then
I can't say this is a challenge, have you had enough
My rhymes are like a big ball of Timey-wimey-wibbily-wobbily stuff
As in they are so beyond your scope, like the universe I see
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to Allon-zy

The bell rang Turner, Recess is over, so please take your seat
I can understand you wanting to tuck your tail, bugger off and flee
The idea of a guy like you, being a time traveler, I don't see it
you being a quack however, now that I think I can get
Let's turn the clock back, so I can create a second lecture
In which my students construct a proper way to measure
exactly how hard I beat this deadbeat, or is getting wrecked enough?
and my school might be a single room, but you wouldn't make it to lunch
I'm a critical mental acrobatic assailant, handling the delicate future of the next generation
As a time based equation, you of all ponies should know not to underestimate it

Oh sorry, I just took a stroll through the future, to see, if your rhymes ring true
The next generation, Well, only Faust knows if we'll make it through
and speaking of generations, what about the Scootaloo thing
she's your sister for ages and then not, isn't that interesting
I've gotten off track, sorry, so back too your rhymes
The Dalek and Big Mac have more complicated lines
I'll run circles around you, you've nowhere to go
I'll drive your career down the wall, like your last talent show
I didn't even need a spoiler, this outcome was no shocker
That class is dismissed, on the Day of the Doctor

I might be in the minority, but I don't particularly care for when people use the fanon name of Colgate over the canon name of Minuette...
