They say reading can take you anywhere. I say writing is what does that.

    Work, Work, Work...

I have no idea how many of you are still on-board with the Conduit Series but to those of you who are I apologize.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that I have been trained in so many certifications in my work, I am in very high demand sometimes not seeing much sleep at night. Most of the time not seeing the weekend.

    Conflicting Interests

I'm sure everybody is happy to see me back from the dead in a sense and that the sequel to The Northern Winds finally came out after a couple years hiatus (apologies) but unfortunately I have to put it on pause for just a little while longer in order to finish up my drawing I have going on. Don't worry it won't take long I just have to finish lining it out but it's getting harder because

    Spain

So now here I am in Spain and boy is it hot, it never rains and literally everything is dead. Despite these facts for some reason there are sea shells forming everywhere in the middle of what I could only imagine is a massive desert. It puzzles me to this day. Anyways, my time spent here is going to be spent making a new life for me. I'm going to get my creative juices flowing again and focus

    Cover Art Progress

I've sketched out Lancer Swift Steel who is now ready to vector for the cover art of The Flames of War. Only a couple more to go then I'll be able to put them all together and publish the story.

Back From Nicaragua / Spelling, Grammar, & Sentence Structure Editing Has Begun · 12:49am May 25th, 2015

So most of you might be wondering if anything has been done with the story recently. Well, I was in Nicaragua for the past ten days without any tech whatsoever so the answer is no. No work was done for ten days "ELECTRONICALLY."
Before I left I took the liberty of printing out a hard copy of the story for me to go over personally. I have to say, I was cringing on some parts of it. This story really needed some editing. So, now that I have edited it myself I can make the story way more presentable here in the next week. It is the last thing I can do with this story before leaving for Parris Island really. If you're wondering about the 'friend' of mine who was going to edit it for me, she was on the same trip and will continue her work as well as soon as she gets settled in, as will I. My watchful eye is definitely not as keen as hers so while mine can make the story presentable, it may still have a couple of errors here and there I might not know about.
If you are wondering how the trip went I will be posting pics as I get them. Right now I don't have any because I didn't have ANY technology, including cameras.
Lastly I will be changing the story's status to "Hiatus" along with the reason why in the book's summary. This doesn't mean that my background work on it has halted. That won't stop until I get shipped out I just don't want to start another chapter with twenty days left and rush it. If anything I should take it easy with my family these last twenty days. I hope you all understand and know that I am doing my best to make this an amazing story.

With Love,
~Azure Blaze~
