Sorry for the lack of activity, dealing with a computer older than time itself for now so it's all low-tech stuff from me for a while, and funnily enough that doesn't include my much needed spellcheck. It also doesn't help my free time has been taken up by pretty hefty cosplay projects, something I've been enjoying immensely. Been dedicated to a con-by-con progressive cosplay of an Imperial trooper from some upcoming fics I've been rough-drafting. So far I've done one 'Green-as-grass' variant, where the trooper has just been shoveled into active service, followed by the very recent 'Battle-worn' variant that was a bundle of fun to do, sure is nothing like mixing charcoal and texture clay into your hair and having fake blood slavered onto half your face! Fun times! The armour is heavily based off of that worn by marines in the halo series, but also has some Imperial guard and colonial marines stuff mixed in a little. Had a lot of positive feedback so far, and I've come to take a right fancy to it. New variant coming this october, lots of saving up to do.
