Best Story: Intro - Octavia

This is the start a new weekly thing on my blogs, kind of like the 'Fun With Pictures!' blog. Although this won't be entirely dependent on MLP episodes, this is mainly to show off in my opinion the top or best stories from fan authors revolving around MLP characters or groups (CMC, Power Ponies, Mane 6, Princesses, Antagonists).
Once again rules will be in affect as there are certain criteria that needs to be met:
- First off, MY opinion is final on this subject. If you don't like it; fine, go read something else!
- The stories must either have the character as a primary character or a main secondary character. No Cameos! This especially includes Discord cameos! Don't worry, Discord will get a list, but you get the picture......
- I must have at least 5 different stories from my read library for a character or group to receive a list. Basically, Snips and Snails are automatically out. CANCELLED RULE, DOES NOT APPLY ANYMORE!
- A character list is separate from a group list. Such as having different lists for Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, Sweetee Belle and the CMC
- I'm only including fan stories from FimFiction. So no stories from elsewhere
- I'm only considering stories that I have actually read. Please note that so long as I've read it, it qualifies. Doesn't matter if the stories are incomplete, complete, on hiatus or cancelled. As I read a lot of work, there is potential for redux lists
- A story from my read library can put forward over a favourite. Although probably not, I have favourite stories for a reason!
- Honourable mentions are allowed. Although 3 is the maximum I'll allow
- OC's are allowed. ......maybe, if they are good enough......
- Redux lists will have a different selection of stories about a character. No previous best stories or honourable mentions are allowed
- A story can be a best story or an honourable mention on multiple lists. Such as example 'Seamless' can appear on either Vinyl Scratch or Octavia lists
- No clop fics!!! A flat out ban for these, Doesn't matter if I think the stories are good or not. They are NOT going in!
- Finally, comments will be taken into consideration. Such as if suggestions are made to a new character story (one, I haven't read), it may appear on a redux list

So lets us begin, with a pony who has managed to capture the fans interest and become part of the Alternate Six. She is a classical cellist by trade; with a treble clef cutie mark to prove it, thinks that bow ties will always be cool and too Vinyl Scratch she only known as her nickname, Tavi.
