An Incredible Series

While clicking randomly around FiMFiction today, I came across a strange looking fiction.

I read this, and thought "What? Why would this happen? Why would this nightmare, in particular, plague Twilight Sparkle?"
Then I read the author's note. I clicked a very special link.

I shivered in dread without knowing why while reading. Why was this happening to them both? Why would Cadance see something so particularly horrible? Could it really be for the reasons the author says? And why was this affecting me so much, even with the minimal amount of detail?
I thought that was the end. But I saw something, in the side bar. A fiction of a similar name. I had to read it. Some sort of morbid curiosity drew me to it; part of me wanted to leave and never think of this experience that somehow shook me to the core again, while the other half positively needed to know how it ended, why this was happening - there had to be a definite answer.
So I clicked it.

I gasped in fear. In dread. What had happened?! What was going on!?
I frantically looked around for one last link. One more connection.
I found it.

I shivered and looked (albeit far more calmly) for the next installment... and I found none.

This series is absolutely chilling. I have never once seen the dark tag used in such a manner; it injects fear and dread in each and every sentence, yet uses only the base line of detail in each phrase. It is confusing and heart pounding and frustrating to read, and it is incredible. It doesn't matter which order you read them in, so long as One Night comes first. I read them in the order posted here, which (in order of the series) would go 1, 4, 2, 3. I am sitting and longing for the next fiction. I highly suggest this for ANY reader of the dark tag; you will enjoy it.
