What's happening:

I have dysthymia and schizotypy. As a diagnosis.
My energy is failing me so many times. I can't get started. Nothing's comfortable. My shoulder knots are coming back after getting some lidocaine/steroid solution shot into them. Our next plan is a Botox injection to just paralyze my trapezius. Fatigue weighs me down. I'm hungry, but nothing tastes good. I'm either parched, or exploding with need to pee. My tremor is getting worse than usual. None of my watched list has updated all this week. It's starting to drive me crazy.
