So AWESOME!!

So....First post.
To be perfectly honest, I've never done a Blog before, and I've certainly never talked about my writing. It's hard to explain, but I don't plan my stories (perish the thought) They all exist in this great steaming pot of gibberish in my head, because when they're in my head that story can go in ANY direction. hmm, So Princess Celestia can stop the baddies with the elements of harmony. She reaches the castle, pulls out that big ol' sparkling chest and...... What? That's it? It's too easy. It's too safe. What if the baddies KNEW she would go for the elements? (Pretty obvious tactic in retrospect, let's face it. She really needs a Plan B.) and they take someone hostage. Celestia has to choose between saving the life of a young filly and saving the entire kingdom! Exciting! Drama! With FRIGGIN PONIES! That's brilliant isn't it? Brilliant. The ponies I mean, not that bit of crappy plot I just typed.
I've been writing Fanfics for about three years now, and I've been doing original work for a long time before that. (I call it original work, it usually just entails scrawling a dirty limerick in the pub toilet to give someone a cheap laugh).

SO yes, I suppose this is where I talk about Rise Of The Cyberponies? nope sorry, not yet. Maybe next blog. Spoliers! MWAHAHAHAHAHA.

So yeah. five years experience in creative writing and I still haven't got a clue what I'm doing. Brilliant.
I'm off to catch up on Game Of Thrones series 2 now, that blonde chap with the crown is rubbing me the wrong way. great villain. The bastard.
