Sleep paralyses is scary! · 3:04am May 4th, 2015
I've never experienced it myself but I've heard about it. Apparently you awake but you're body is still asleep and you will see these things, they sit on you're chest or just stare at you, this video will explain it better than I can. here The scariest thing about it is that you can't move when this is happening so you're helpless.
I've experienced sleep paralysis twice. It's pretty scary, but not traumatizing because your memory of it isn't as vivid as normal.
Oh okay, that makes sense, well thanks for the input I'm a little less scared of it now I think. What do you remember of it, if anything?
3042517 I remember waking up from a dream where my older cousin was in an abusive relationship, but I was so scared from the shock that the dream gave me that I couldn't move (though I felt like I might fall asleep again at any moment). But I saw from the back of the room that the abusive boyfriend from the dream was across from me, and that sent me into a whole new level of shock that I couldn't scream or close my eyes. Everything faded back into a dream again because I fell asleep after a few minutes, and when I woke up again it was morning. 'Twas n odd experience overall, definitely worth researching.
3042529 Okay well that's makes a lot more sense than seeing random demon creatures in the room or on top of you I guess, thanks for sharing.
3042537 No problem! My experience might be different from other people's, though.
