I just had a great idea for a story.

So picture this: Set before she moved to Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle develops a form of dis-associative identity disorder to cope with her lack of social life. After becoming Celestia's personal student, she was essentially shunned by her peers and scorned by her now former friends. After her condition develops, she befriends the alternate identity living in her mind (lets call her glimmer), and over the course of a few months, slowly falls for glimmer, all the while keeping glimmer a secret from everypony. Eventually ponies find out, and things go to shit, I don't know what happens next, but if someone were to write this fic, I would love them forever.

The title would be 'A Glimmer in her Heart', or something equally cheesy/corny with the alternate identity's name.

I may try to write this out, but knowing me it wouldn't be very good.
