Weekly Update: Easter Sunday Edition · 2:20pm Apr 5th, 2015
Hello again! Hope this past has gone well for everyone, I know I've been keeping busy. Anywho, really not much to chat about this week folks. I've got a lot of school work, so I doubt I'll get anything written up during the week (maybe in the evenings, we'll see). There's a big project coming up for me along with a quiz I need to do well on.
Fanfic wise, it's going to be slow, I apologize. I've posted the next chapter of Slow Fade, and I'm at least happy with that. Thankfully, I've pretty much planned out where I want the story to go, so when I get the time, I should be able to write some more on that. It's been an interesting story to write. I have to admit, I'm liking the dark tone of the story. ^.^
Anywho, other fan stuff. I've found a helper to get me motivated to work on Extreme Biologist Blaire Skim, so maybe I'll actually get that darn chapter out soon. On another note, I've got a Twicord short in the works (set in a much more canon universe than TCARW). If you'd like to be an idea man/woman on that one, I could use someone to bounce ideas off of. It's not complicated, but I can't think of a good situation to start it off.
And that's about it from me. Though, on a side note, some of you may be wondering why I don't follow a lot of other authors or comment on a lot of stories. Despite being a prolific author, I really don't read a whole lot. Why? One, I don't have time, and two, I am a written mimic. As a written mimic, I tend to pick up little bits and pieces from other author's writing styles. Unfortunately, this often includes bad habits. Thus, I am careful with what I read so the quality of my own works don't suffer as a result. I still enjoy a story on occasion, but I really prefer to focus on pounding out chapters for my own stories. Thought I'd clear that up in case you were all, "Man, she' s unsociable." I love you all, but I love my own writing style too.
Weekly Bible Passage:
Now Thomas, one of the Twelve, called the Twin was not with them when Jesus came. So the other disciples told him, "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and place my hand into His side, I will never believe."
Eight days later, His disciples were inside again, and Thomas was with them. Although the doors were locked, Jesus came in and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you." Then He said to Thomas, "Put your finger here, and see my hands; and put out your hand, and place it in my side. Do not disbelieve, but believe." Thomas answered Him, "My Lord and my God!" Jesus said to him, "Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."
Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and by believing you may have life in His name.

In honor of Easter Sunday, here's two of my favorite Christian songs instead of the usual bluegrass song:
He is risen! ^^
See you next week,
