The Road to Recovery is Longer Than I thought · 1:52am Apr 2nd, 2015
So basically, the hand is not fully healed, no duh, bu it's still not great. It looks like a slashed nerve will heal almost completely. However, two weeks of disuse has left all my fingers stiff, and the scarring on my injured hand even more so. In addition, I have to wear a hard splint on my hand to ensure I don't bend back my wrist and snap my still healing tendons. Unfortunately, though I have some motion with my righ hand, the brace interferes with my ability to type, so still one handed. This will probably not improve for four weeks.
But that won't stop me from working, oh no. In fact I have the day off tomorrow, so typing is imminent.
Stay strong, loyal watchers. More is coming.
Take care of yourself.
Type like the wind, like the one handed wind!
Seriously dood, don't strain yourself too much, no need to cripple your hand just yet. After all, we haven't invented gun arms and cyborg limbs just yet (wish they'd hurry up with those *grumble*)
PS, if ya get the chance, post some knarly scar pictures, worst I've gotten is a burn scar on my wrist from cooking (of all things).
Learn Pecking? (Seriously, one of the worst ways I've seen people type, and yet there is the odd exception of someone typing with a decent wpm that way.) But yeah, take a break if you need to, and don't strain yourself.
Hope your hand is healing well at this point. ^^
