Recently, the following events have followed the Isla Nova project. It has been renamed EDIN, for Equinox Declassified: Isa Nova. The story has encountered one more full revamp, this third is considered the most linear and hole-less telling of the series so far. While outlining all the new features would be tiresome and obviously be littered with spoilers, I can assure the following:
1. Characters have been redesigned and all OC's have at least major details involving childhood, especially Silence, who's story now spans from his early days all the way to his young adult years, and is the main progressing element in the series. This means that the story progresses the older Silence gets, and said story almost always revolves around his daily life.
2. We've shuffled Lunar and Solar aside after several failed attempts to re-purpose them. They may one day resurface in the story, but that's to be announced.
3. Extra attention to fine details has been paid, to the point that Isla Nova has it's own economic, political, and daily social changes. While we can't cover every detail without losing reader interest, there aren't any plot gaps or inconsistencies in the storytelling as of yet. Written or not.
4. Possible publication. After time has passed and the story is released, we hope to publish and release copies of the book if it lives up to the hopes of the writers and early access readers.
5. New and improved Core Team. The two original writers plus one are now the official team behind EDIN and it's affiliated stories. We will soon release a copy of the first chapter to read publicly, meanwhile the Proto-story remains here on the site.
