Man, I'm getting old.

Ladies and Gentlemen, readers and critics. I am cutting myself off from MLP fanfiction and MLP in general.
It's simply a matter of priorities; I have had some recent revelations in my life and have decided that MLP fanfiction isn't that important.
I assure you this isn't a joke, a scam, or a way of getting more readers, followers ect. I simply had no wish to be one of those authors to vanish from the face of the earth without a word (like Dr Cuddles for example.)
For everyone who's followed my words and ramblings, I thank you, all of you. I assure you that this decision has nothing to do with the actions of anyone on this site. Really, you all have been great. (Even those who have downvoted my fics without comment, but that's no matter now.)
To all of you, I hope you are happy with your lives and wish you all the best. Maybe someday I'll return, but honestly, I wouldn't count on it.
In the meantime; this is goodbye, farewell, and amen.

I don't understand what you mean by pointless, and I'm really sad to hear that you're leaving, I sincerely hope that you come back, I'm looking forward to reading more of your work....
Thank you for your advice and critism on my fics in the past, you've really helped me as a writer and I appreciate it greatly. It's sad to see you go, but it's your decision and I wish you the best of luck.
