Dedicant's program: Wisdom and being a Druid preist in training. · 3:18am Feb 14th, 2015
I thought it was time I started writing on here. So for the more interested I am a member of Ár nDraíocht Féin and I am a Druid (amongst other things) and I decided to share some of my work on my priest training as I work through them. Both to get encouragement and to motivate my ass to get it done.
So here is an entry from the first leg of the journey my short essay on Wisdom.

Wisdom
Wisdom is to my mind the supreme virtue. This virtue, along with piety and vision, is most often associated with the Druids of old. Their ability to guide tribes and entire nations made them invaluable and in time even the power behind the throne of many nations.
It takes study, meditation and constant real life experience to gain wisdom indeed to be considered truley wise would be the work of a lifetime. Without wisdom one could never use the other virtues properly, wisdom is that which lets you look at a situation the people and factors involved and then take the correct course of action.
It involves making use of a sound judgement, born of experience and study. Along with an uncompromising honesty with oneself.
For an important virtue it can be one of the hardest to define beyond being able to give sound judgement and act usin experience and insight. Also it is a hard thing to know if one has wisdom or not, often times one will never truly know one way or another and will most likely only know that others consider them wise. But that is the nature of this virtue.
