I hate waiting

I've applied for a job with Meridian Health Care. It is ranked as one of THE best companies to work for in the US (up from #96 to #39) I had my interview which went well and am waiting on my email for the background check,
I am putting a hole in my floor pacing so much waiting for the email to authorize the background check.

Field Report: Uncrossing

Tonight for the first time I did an uncrossing ritual following Bro. Moloch's methods You can find the ritual here. I didn't have the any of the tools called for so I improvised checking every step using Astragals to make sure I was on track as I tossed this ritual together.
