January 2015 My Little Pony Challenges
Equestria Girls World Only.

Hello my bronies and Pegasisters. I am the Autistic Writer. I welcome you to my third blog. I have noticed that there hasn't been much of challenges on the site. So, I wanted to introduce ten challenges for any writer that is either bored or feels in need of a little challenge. So, I am happy to oblige.

Before we start, I will give you a general rule to follow for all of these ten challenges, if you wish to partake in one, a few, or all. Note that more than one person can take on these challenges.

Here are the general rules

1. I will not tolerate swearing in these stories. I will only accept Buck as a passable swear word. I do not want to see any more than the one I just said

2. The word count is either 2000 or 3000. Wouldn't be much of a challenge if I gave you less than 2000 words

3. Once you have started a challenge, do not back out of it. Unless you have a real good reason why you are abandoning that challenge.

4. These challenges will only be for the Equestria Girls world only. Next month i will post the pony world challenges and i will alternate from there.

5. Please acknowledge that I am the one issuing the challenges. So, some mention of “this challenge is created by the Autistic Writer” or “I would like to thank the Autistic Writer for issuing this challenge that I have accepted”

With that out of the way, let’s start this challenge.

Challenge 1 Equestria Girls Professor Discord

Description: I was disappointed that the movies didn’t give us Discord. So, it is your mission to put Discord in this fanfic. Think you are up to the challenge?

Rules
1. Human Discord, Equestria Discord or both versions can be the MC of the story. Either or both is up to you.
2. After a few weeks of teaching, Discord senses that a girl has fallen for him. Who this girl may be is up to the taker of this challenge.
3. If you pick Equestrian Discord, then it is your choice if he decides to go home or not.
4. I would like to keep it rated K or T.
5. It’s Discord, so try to add humor in the story.

Challenge 2: Human Spike

Description: I guess Spike got the short end of the stick in Equestria Girls; Being turned into a dog. I mean that is just salt in the wound. So, let’s change things a little bit.

Rules
1. Spike must be a human. Not other animals or inanimate objects allowed
2. Spike could be mistaken for a student and ends up in class with the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
3. Along the way, Spike must enjoy the time he has in the Equestria Girls world. Must also talk with Twilight about how the world is.
4. Spike eventually suspicious someone in the school has a crush on him. Don’t give me they magically fall in love after one day. I want a true love progression.
5. Timeline: May take place either inbetween the movies, during the movies, or even after the movies. Decision is up to the taker of the challenge.

Challenge 3: No Limitation can hold me down

Desciption: An OC, who goes to Canterlot High, has a physical or mental limitation. Either one of the Mane 6, Sunset Shimmer, Spike or any other student decides to take care of him or her. Along the way, love happens. The OC realizes that they love this person back and feels that their limitation shouldn’t hold them back from feeling how they really feel.

Rules
1. It is up to the taker of this challenge to decide what kind of limitation would hold them back. Either being blind or having a disorder. You get bonus points if you somehow work Autism into the story.
2. Either female or male must our OC be. From the human world they must originate.
3. This story must have a love progression. You can either have the OC and whatever person you choose to either become friends the first time they meet or hate eachother’s guts.
4. after realizing their love for this person, make the OC think back through his/her memories of their limitation and realize that it shouldn’t hold them back anymore.

Challenge 4: Am I really Evil?

Description: After the first movie, Sunset Shimmer goes to a group of reforming villains. Sunset hears their tales of what they did, she tells her story of how she came to be so evil. Sunset and the group see a new kid moved into town. The OC, hearing Sunset’s story, sympathizes with her and tells her his story of how bad he was compared to the rest of them.

Rules
1. The group telling their stories can run as long as you wish it to be. Also, the group can consist of the minor MLP villains (Trixie, Gilda, Lightning Dust) etc.
2. Sunset Shimmer doesn’t believe in the OC at first, but realizes when he finishes his tale that he is just trying to get the same thing she wants redemption
3. You can have the OC come from Equestria or another place in their world. It is up to the taker of this challenge for that.
4. They don’t have to fall in love or get together during the story. but, I would like some hint that Sunset Shimmer and the OC get together in the end.

Challenge 5: Love Letters to Spike the Human

Description: During the morning, Spike notices a letter falling out of his locker. He opens the contents to reveal that someone writes of love for him and confesses their feelings within the letter. Spike tries to find who this girl is, but the funny question is Who Loves Him?

Rules
1. As much as I love Spike/Mane 6 pairings, I recommend you avoid pairing him with Twilight or any one of the Mane 6. Anyone else is acceptable.
2. The first chapter must be about Spike finding the letter. You must fill in the contents of this letter. Make it really heartfelt
3. make it into a mystery. Give me hints or clues that will lead Spike to seeing who this girl that really likes him.
4. Have Spike embarrass himself in this story. Also, Mane 6 will act as either Big sisters, concerned friends, or supportive friends depending on how you feel
5. Spike must either reject or accept this girl’s offer of love.

Challenge 6: The Anti Friendship Squad

Description: The Mane Six plus Sunset Shimmer are friends, however there are those who don’t like the Mane Six and want to get rid of them. So, here comes the Anti Friendship Squad.

1. The anti friendship squad must have 6-7 members.
2. the reasons each member hates the mane six is the decision up to the taker of the challenge. The reasons must be logically and not just because they dislike them.
3. Sunset Shimmer is offered a spot on their team. It is up to the taker of the challenge if Sunset Shimmer will join them.
4. At the end of the story, you can decide if you want the anti friendship squad to disband or rename their group.

Challenge 7: Applejack’s Apple Heart

Description: Human Spike saves the Apple family’s most prized possession, the Apple Heart. It is said to bring luck upon the Apple Family. Applejack slowly realizes that Spike could be her true love. So, it is up to her to convince Spike that she honestly loves him. However, does she love him or just the idea of it.

Rules
1. Depends on the writer, any situation must call for Spike saving the Apple Heart. This may result in Spike either hurting himself or comes unharmed.
2. Applejack must realize later in the story that she merely likes Spike for saving her family’s precious object.
3. Spike still loves Rarity yet saving the apple family’s object has made him rethink his love life.
4. Must end with Applejack and Spike becoming a couple. If you wish, you can have a misunderstanding between the two friends over something.

Challenge 8: I don’t love you

Description: Rainbow Dash is the sports start of Canterlot High, However when the school learns that Rainbow Dash is going out with Dusk Shine(Twilight’s Gender-swap. I do not own Dusk Shine by the way. Though, people write Gender swap stories but that’s okay), the biggest nerd in school. Everything falls apart for Rainbow Dash. When everything turns from bad to worse, in a fit of anger, Rainbow Dash yells at Dusk Shine that she never loved him and that they were over. Dusk Shine understands the break up, but Rainbow Dash realizes her mistake in breaking up with the one guy she is in love with.

Rules
1. Twilight may exist in this story. that is up to the writer
2. In the climax of the story, Rainbow Dash yells at Dusk Shine in front of the whole school
3. Must contain a chapter depicting how Rainbow Dash and Dusk Shine’s romance.
4. Dusk Shine must not forgive Rainbow Dash so easily. Rainbow Dash needs a powerful impact of how she will win back Dusk Shine’s heart.

Challenge 9: I’m Not Jealous

Description: Sunset Glare(I don’t own Sunset Glare by the way) sees Twilight going out with Flash Sentry and Sunset tries not to get jealous. When Twilight keeps asking about it, Sunset Glare denials his feelings of rage and misery. The closer the relationship goes, Sunset grows jealous by the minute. Will Sunset Glare tell Twilight his feelings before it’s too late?

Rules
1. Twilight and Sunset Glare are friends in this story. they must share some kind of relationship. Maybe a love hate relationship. I really like those.
2. Include Spike/Mane 6 other than Twilight as a side pairing.
3. Maybe Sunset Glare gets an injury and Twilight had to cancel her date just to check on him.
4. Must be a final confrontation with Twilight and Sunset Glare. Depending on the writer, Sunset and Twilight can be friends at the end or boyfriend/girlfriend.

Challenge 10: Pinkie Pie loves Spike?

Description: The Mane 6 minus Pinkie Pie, plus Sunset Shimmer don’t believe Pinkie Pie can fall in love. They have seen her express other emotions other than love. To prove them wrong, Pinkie grabs Human Spike and makes out with him in front of the whole cafeteria. What started as proof evolves into something more.

Rules
1. Must start with the others not being Pinkie can fall in love.
2. Spike must try to adjust to the fact that Pinkie just kissed his lips and he liked it.
3. Must be a love triangle between Pinkie Pie/Spike and another girl of the writer’s choicing.
4. Pinkie Pie must realize she is crazy about that boy (Spike). Must be a love progression. Pinkie Pie must slowly realize her feelings for Spike.
5. At first, the girl that likes Spike, other than Pinkie, thinks nothing of it. slowly this girl realizes Pinkie is completion.
