Well, I've been gone for... hang on (checking my calender)... two weeks. Holy crap... Well, I'm an idiot. So that's what happens when you go back to school after winter break. So, I guess I should explain myself.
First, to sum up everything that happened in the last two weeks in one word: school. My first day back after the break was January 5 and my first week back was dead week - basically, the week before exams that's entirely dedicated to review. This meant tons of homework. I also had a Spanish project due at the end of that week, which I'd rather not talk about... yet. I barely had any time to relax that week, let alone go on the computer. Then, this week was midterms. That should explain everything, but, just in case, I'll just say that a week full of exam will tire anyone out.
Second, I'm an idiot. Okay, if you ask any of my friends, they'd deny it immediately. That's just my way of saying I've done something stupid. In this case, I've just ignored fimfiction for two weeks straight. I have pretty decent reasons for doing so, but still. Technically, this week, I could have gone online, since I didn't have any homework. I guess, between exams and trying to avoid the jerk I had to work on that Spanish project with, I just never really felt like going online.
One last thing for anyone who cares about my story The Manehattan Crusaders. I realized a few months ago that in my most recent chapter, it looks like I'm shipping characters. After taking another look through the entire story (and having my friend read the first chapter) I realized that it seems like I'm doing this in the first two chapters as well. I just want everyone who cares to know that I'm not trying to do any shipping in my story. The fact that it looks like I am is a simple mistake on my part when writing. I'm going to do my best to change it so that it doesn't seem like characters are being shipped as soon as I finish this blog post.
That's all I got for now. I'm gonna try to be more active on fimfiction again, but I can't promise anything more than that.
