Here are some interesting facts that absolutely nobody cares about.
1. A Bar At the Folies Bergere- the main character? Yeah. That's my name.
2. Where the Clouds Move By Their Own Accord- Slysweep makes an appearance in this story. Slysweep was originally Fluttershy's father's name in "Trouble With Dreams" before I decided to leave her parents nameless. Lavender was her mother's name.
3. Of Moments and Melodies- Daisy is essentially already a character in the show (though I didn't know it at first). A couple of BG ponies have turquoise blue feathers, and a *near* milky white mane. Look for her in the show.
4. Trouble With Dreams- The idea for my first ever story was COMPLETELY derived from a youtube comment in the episode "Mysterious Mare Do Well". That comment was "Why are there so many endless cliffs in Ponyville?". So, I decided that the reason why Fluttershy no longer had any parents was because they had been thrown off of a cliff in a cart- that's why she was sent to Cloudsdale as an orphan.
5. Of Moments and Melodies- I'm not entirely sure if everyone is catching what Fluttershy is in the story. I certainly hope that people have caught on to what she is, if not I will make that totally clear in the coming chapters. I've tried to add subtle hints... but maybe I'm just freaking out and all of you do know what she is. Whatever. It really is a concept that I haven't seen before (if I can toot my own horn, blech).
6. If anyone has noticed, I seem to LOVE to write about parental troubles and clouds for some reason. I have no idea why.
Trouble With Dreams- Fluttershy's parents perish in a tragic accident.
Where the Clouds Move By Their Own Accord- The whole story revolves around Weaver's hatred for her father.
To Exist- Lily never HAD any parents
Of Moments and Melodies- Daisy's Mum. 'Nuff said.
And of course clouds clouds clouds clouds clouds! I have an addiction to them! They're marvelous!
