New Story Incoming~! Also, news about the Music of the Night~

Hey, all! Been a while, huh? Sorry about that...I got hit with a gnarly chunk of writer's block.

But I'm back now! For whatever that's worth. And there's a new story on the way! *precisely one party popper goes off*
But seriously. It's a collaborative story that I'm writing with a friend who made a FIMFiction account specifically to do this one. I'll post a linky link when we have the first chapter done, but for now, let me offer you a little teaser/preview.

Princess Luna smiled as she gazed up at the stars above dotting the early morning sky. Her masterpiece, crafted over countless nights of work. Here and there, constellations could be traced in the sky by the ponies who knew where to look. Occasionally, Luna might even gift star-gazers with the quick, fleeting sight of a falling star dashing across the sky. But not this night. No, nopony would be stargazing at this hour for certain. Her reason for being outside on the balcony of Canterlot Castle was for another reason, a much more mysterious one, even to her.
Despite what most ponies would think of Luna, she did not hold complete control of the night sky, but this was by design; she felt her masterpiece should be let free to shift and change as they willed, giving even the heavens a form of free will, even if different from the ponies of the land. There had always been those who watched the sky and claimed they could predict future events or possibilities by gazing into the stars and divining the constellations and formations above; the truth was, this rare gift was far rarer than claimed throughout history in the land. Very few ponies possessed the ability to truly divine messages from the stars.

Princess Luna was one of these ponies, naturally.

It's officially cancelled.

Pending rewrite. Gotcha! Keep your eyes peeled, I'll be getting to work on that in between chapters of 'Immigrant', which is the title of the new story that I just realized I forgot to mention anywhere up above. >.<
