Im Scared As Hell Right Now

I am sitting in the waiting room of a 24 hour clinic. The towel i have on my arm is soaked in blood. Everyone is staring at me. I am scared as hell that i may die from blood loss. Im fighting away the dizziness, but its getting worse.
