A Very Merry Christmas to you all

Despite the fact that I am stuck in the hospital, I still want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. I hope you all are doing well and I hope you all have been good. Well, now I know how surgery feels

I haven't told any of you and I won't bore you with the details but I managed to burn myself on accident, had to get surgery for it. Pretty scary, total blackout. With no warning.

I am off to College

Tomorrow is my first official day of college, so I will be sure to share some experiences over the next few months if there is anything interesting.
I also will make a run tomorrow to visit the destroyer, USS Barry before she gets taken away to be dismantled and recycled before October.

I know it is Christmas Eve but I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I am also doing this because I willbe visiting my mom who is stuck in the worseplace imaginable for Christmas, if you have read my other blogs, she is in a physicatric hospital.

Shame for it to happen at all, much more so this close to Christmas.

I know how it feels, my mom has been in the same position, and it's horrible for anyone close to them. Now I was very young when it happened, so I didn't understand much of what was going on at the time.
