Old ladies are pretty nice O_o;

So I gave a free piano recital at a retirement home. This is the fourth time I've performed at this place, and uh... I guess my influence there reached critical mass or something. They always come up to me after the performance and tell me how nice it was, thanks so much for coming, please come and perform again, etc... but this time, one old lady told me I reminded her of her son, another was crying openly... wowza. I've never gotten a reaction this strong before O_o;

And this! This takes the cake. Oh my freaking eff. I always wear a fedora when I perform there - Rarity would be proud - and omg one old lady gave me a CROCHETED FEDORA AND SCARF WTFWTFWTFWTF

This is by far the niftiest gift I have ever received. Like, ever. omgmggg
