#3: Hal Stewart/Tighten (Origin: Megamind by Dreamworks Animation; 1st Appearance: "Megamind")
Now I know you all are probably thinking...This guy? This guy here is ABOVE the likes of a criminal mastermind AND a killer sentient armor? Are you loco?! And yeah, compared to Taurus and Chrome, this guy...isn't really much. He isn't smart, he isn't exactly menacing and...he's a manchild. Yeah...He is a basis for one of those guys ya know who thinks he's so cool but truly is the guy who likely lives with his mom still who spoils him and goes online to troll and rant about whatever he pleases. He never really grew up even after going to school and college, a guy who ya wish ya really don't know. Yeah...Not really uber-antagonist material...But here's the thing about Hal...He is what happens you give someone who is immature, spoiled and slothful power...And there's that life about power - that can corrupt those who has it. Yeah...You look at his dorky costume with the giant fiery T on his chest and the red cape, what do ya see? Another Superman-esque character but...Instead of being a parody of what Superman embodies and does, Tighten actually uses his powers...to do whatever he pleases. Instead of going to save the day, he rather use his newfound abilities to try to impress a woman who isn't EVEN interested in him (considering how he acted around her pre-getting his powers. Also..."I've been watching you, like a dingo watches a human baby." is NOT a great pickup line...Seriously.) And when he didn't get what he wanted...He decided to go to the other side of the law and found it more for his liking. Yeah...Not the best idea ya had then, Megamind...Not the best idea. In the end, Tighten is what if you let a brat have power...A spoiled spoiled rotten brat. From his earlier days as a lazy creep to his transformation, Hal was certainly no hero.
