50 Followers!

Hey guys, TheWalkingSkyMon here. And today I just hit 50 followers! I know that might be a big thing, but it is to me. Because I never thought I would ever get here joining this site. And it's really awesome that 50 people think my stories are good. So, in a little celebration that is probably unnecessary, I have decided that I would tell more about me. If you have any questions for me then go ahead and ask me.

Brony backstory: Well, my Brony backstory is pretty simple. So let me start: I knew about the existence of Bronies ever since 2011. I knew about them, but never thought I would be one. I respected them, I never hated on a Brony just for liking a show that I now know is pretty good. I knew about how they made music and listened to a couple from time to time. I knew about cloppers too, but always went by my belief that everyone has their own interests, and I shouldn't judge someone for their interests. I also knew about their fanfictions, I'd already gotten nightmares from Cupcakes. And one day, late at night, I saw a video on YouTube made by a guy named StormFX3. It was the mini movie for My Little Dashie by RobCakeRan. I'd seen that video in the suggested videos a couple times, but paid no real attention to it. But this one day I decided to watch it, just out of curiosity. So, I watched it. And I did something I'd never done since my grandmother died, I cried. And I cried myself to sleep that night, and woke up with tear stains on my bed. That was when I said "That's it. I've seen all this stuff about this show. I'm going to see what all of the hype is about." So I watched it. And I LOVED it. The animation was beautiful and amazing, the characters were diverse and not just girl stereotypes, it had mythological creatures, and it had references to movies and games! Big Lobowski, Star Wars, Pokémon, it even had JOHN DELANCIE!!! Q FROM STARK TREK!!!! So I fell in love with the show. I thought all those things and I loved the lessons it was teaching. So I became a Brony. I made it official and began working on what I would do, and what my name would be across the Brony community. So after a LONG time of thinking, and going through other name possibilities, I finally came up with: TheWalkingSkyMon. One thing led to another, and now here I am, writing this blog.... post..... thing.
Fanfiction backstory (first fanfic written): Now, I kind of have a thing against calling them fanfictions. I have my own little philosophy (Yes, I think I used that word right) about art. All kinds of art. It states: "Art of all kind is art, no matter what. What you call fanmusic isn't fanmusic, it's music. What you call fanart isn't fanart, it's just art. And what you call fanfictions is not fanfictions, it's just stories." It basically means that I believe all art shouldn't be classified with the "fan" put in front of it. It's just art, simply art. So anyways, my first story to write was a story that I didn't have a name for in YEARS! Now, I call it: Multiverse. I thought of it by looking for a video game to play one day, then seeing my games were arranged in a way that made my brain tick. I took them out and laid them in front of me, seeing that they were in chronological order somewhat. The games were: God of War series, Assassin's Creed series, Red Dead Redemption, Infamous, Infamous 2, The Walking Dead (By TellTale), and Skyrim. So, I decided to write a story about them being in the same universe. But of course it went through changes, and now it's a LOT more complicated then it once was. It took me YEARS to think of all of the small details about it, characters, setting, timelines, everything. I eventually found a way to fit My Little Pony into it, and found that I had somehow, without me knowing, made a story that had a personal meaning to me. I made it in a way that I think others would like, which is why I plan on releasing it on this site, but I also made it get a personal meaning to me.

Congrats man! Also sorry for not responding to the Pm, had chores but working on finishing the lineart. I do have a question though... well two... Who's your favorite background pony and what would you do if you ever went Equestria?

2664622 Thanks! And my favorite background pony? Lyra! I, as a writer, love the idea that people give these background ponies whole personalities just from little things they do. And I have to say that Lyra's is the most interesting to me. I just love how all she has to do is sit on a bench like a human and Bronies say : SHE LOVES HUMANS!!!
And what if I ever went to Equestria? Well, I'm going to be honest, I would FREAK OUT! I don't care where I am, I would freak out like crazy for freaking DAYS! But after a while I would grow into the place, seeing all of the characters would help a bit. If I was stuck there forever, I guess nothing in my life wouldn't really change that much outside of the fact that I'm in a completely different universe with talking equines and I can't eat meat.
