God that's an overused meme.
Anyway... stop it. Please. The site does not need to be changed every month, often for the worse. YouTube doesn't get this. Yahoo! doesn't get this. Can one website I frequent understand that a new layout immediately after people got use to the old one is not a good thing?

This chapter was meant to be a sort of sequel or continuation to "Research and Social Development", but I didn't think to give them the same name until it was too late. So yes it is a bit shorter than usual, but don't fret, it isn't the new standard.
