I know everyone's got them, and here are mine. RIght now, I just have a few, but I'll add more as I think of them.
1. Ability to upvote blog posts.
I understand why a rating system was not implemented in blog posts, which is to say that blog posts are largely intended as personal things with opinions and stuff, and a voting system could be used wrongly by people who disagree or have different opinions. However, I have read several blog posts already that I heartily agree with, but it's kind of useless just posting in the comments saying "yeah, I agreed, this is..." Mostly just a preferential thing in any case.
2. Degrees of 'mature' content
SO I am 18+ and have mature turned on because I don't want to miss a good story just because it has minor clops scenes or sexual references or something. On the flip side, I dislike having half of the featured box crammed with clopfics. In other words, an option to entirely disable/enable mature content (like what we have now) with a second additional 'filtering' option that applies to all listings as opposed to just list searches. (though, with the addition of the featured bookshelf, that is less of a problem.) Or, alternatively, an option to minimize but not completely hide mature content, ie. give it a smaller box in the listings, and a user can click to expand if they want to find out more.
3. Tags/new story cards in the feature box!
I absolutely love the new story card system, and I follow tags a lot, but it's more difficult for featured stories, since tags are not listed in the featured box. It would also be nice to have title card functionality for stories in the featured box, simply because it already exists everywhere else.
