Keima Katsuragi is known in the gaming world as the God of Conquest, able to defeat any dating sim. In the real world, he's a geek who spends the majority of his time playing video games, and has never even held hands with a girl. One day, he accidentally makes a deal with a devil, forcing him to conquer real girls to release the runaway spirits hiding within their hearts. So our protagonist must seduce real life girls using his knowledge... of dating sims. If he doesn't complete his goal, he'll die.
And it's played for laughs. A straight up romantic comedy that satirizes the entire dating sim genre, it features what you'd think are cliches, but are actually much different. He captures: a track & field athlete, a haughty rich girl, a pop star, and a shy librarian. And that's only the beginning.
It has three seasons of anime and 268 chapters of the manga. It is complete.
If you're lazy like me, watching the first two seasons of the anime is good, then you can read the manga to get the full story.
