I'm currently revising my story at the moment, but you can expect those two dollars I mention soon after I'm done with the first few early chapters.

Also, yeah, go ahead do whatever you want with the sound effects. I won't mind. Just as long as it isn't like the painfully ear-hurting scratchstep noise gag again.
