Spot review: Eternal · 5:07am Jun 22nd, 2012

There are some stories you stay up till six a.m. reading because the're awesome (I'm looking at you, Treasure in the West).

Then there are some stories that you stay up till six a.m. reading because they punch you in the gut, kick you in the chest, throw you across the room, and slam your face into the wall; then use your face to polish it into a True Mirror and hold you up to it so it reflects back everything, even the things you were hiding from yourself; and then tops all by hugging you.

Go read device heritic's Eternal. Do it. It's the later type. There is literally no higher recommendation I can give to any story, ever.
