A great start!

Just recently I posted my first story on this site. I was anxious as to what people would think of it as I have some doubt in my skills as a writer, but I managed to keep calm using several methods I have learned over the years. When I realized the story had been accepted and was officially on the site for others to see, I wasted no time in seeing what people had to say. The first thing I noticed was that it already had three dislikes. The second thing I noticed was that I made a rather large error. The story in mainly trough the perspective of Doctor Whooves, and yet I wrote Hooves several times during pieces of conversation. It's a small mistake, but an embarrassing one nonetheless. While this has dampened my spirits a bit, I shall continue to write the story under the hope that it gets better in time.
