Turn the lights down and spin up some lounge music, because GMP is making a return trip to the mature side of town. 
So, *NOW LIVE* on a news feed near you, I present Red Shoe Diaries: Equestria - an Equestrian spin on the classic Showtime after-dark series, Red Shoe Diaries.
See the bottom of this post for all the details, but in short form, this will be a running series of erotic one-shots, where "plot" takes a backseat to plot. Like the premium cable-TV show that inspired it, the chapters (called episodes here) will not be related to each other directly. The "story" is just a sandbox to keep them all organized as random ships pile up.

Welp, apparently using your 'Foreword' to provide explanatory notes to the readers is frowned upon. (odd, because I've seen forewords used like that in the past) So, here is the key content from the (now deleted) foreword:
For those unfamiliar with the show, Red Shoe Diaries was an adult-themed show that ran on the premium cable TV network Showtime from 1992-1997. Developed by Playboy and hosted by a very young David Duchovny, the show was styled as a "erotic drama series". Each episode presented a different story, with a thinly veiled plot designed mainly to hook two characters up in all manner of sexual situations, which were portrayed in a moody, mostly "softcore" manner. Episodes were not tied together in any way, so the show was really just a collection of 30 minute scenes, aired one week at a time. So, with that said...
General setup for this story:
1. Unless otherwise noted, chapters will not be directly related to each other. Rather, this will be a running series of one-shots, and the "story" will just be a sandbox to put them in.
2. I'll try my best to minimize re-use of characters, as that keeps things interesting for you the reader and forces me to try writing new characters as well. However, I'm sure that some character recycling will occur at some point or another.
3. While the real TV show centered on intrigue/infidelity-related angles, I'll be mixing in some regular shipping, as well as random hookups.
4. Like the TV show, each chapter will begin and end with a "dear red shoes..." blurb, which will be marked in italics. (Imagine someone reading a letter out loud to you). In between those points will be the good stuff, of course. Some chapters will switch to a first-person POV, while others will swap to a third-person POV instead. Remember, the "plot" of each chapter will be merely a vehicle to get our characters to the real plot... Then again, if you're reading this foreword, you're probably not here for a fully built romance story.
5. I won't be holding myself to a regular update schedule, as I'm not a terribly fast writer, nor do I want to make you promises that I may not be able to consistently keep. Updates will occur though, so I hope you'll stick around to see what's next.
