Well I wanted to replace my last blog as I am not so sad!
It is spring in Australia, trees are blossoming, my roses are flowering, the days are sunny and I'm spending precious time with my Dad who now lives with me as he has Alzheimer's.
My daughter is gorgeous, and is growing into an amazing young lady, who is kind and caring.
I'm getting time to exercise, and feeling healthier, and for those of you who are depressed, please stick some happy music in your ears and go for a thirty minute walk! It releases endorphins and get you out of the house and away from a computer screen. If you walk every day for 4 weeks it helps diminish the severity of your depression.
I just want you all to know, that each and every one of you is precious, and more loved than you could ever imagine.
