nice video on depression

a friend in Christian Bronies shared this video with me and, while some of his descriptions aren't how I've felt, the advice is pretty good

my one change to his advice would be to offer specific things rather than a general 'anything you need'. It is extremely hard to think when you're weighed down with depression and you also tend to think (wrongly) that they didn't mean whatever you are able to think of as part of 'anything' or that you don't want to be a bother/don't deserve it.
