...is not going to turn out the way I expected it to be.
You see, Blazing Muzzles originated as a spiritual rewrite of World War Three, when I was a horrible writer and felt like writing a trashy war fanfic. And boy, it was a steaming pile of tar thrown into a blender which it subsequently melted. I quickly deleted the revolting thing after realizing that I had no idea where to take it and even then it wouldn't change the fact that it was bad.
Blazing Muzzles was originally called Against All The Odds. It was better, but it wasn't good either. It then went through another rename, which I decided was inadequate so I came up with Blazing Muzzles. It fit the story, and was a bit of a pun as well.
Sure, the story looked up, but it was still more than a little meh. I eventually lost all will to continue it a few chapters away from the conclusion. So afterwards, I deleted all the chapters and thought of a rewrite. This rewrite was postponed for what could have been indefinitely, until recently. I went with editing the description first. Then I realized that it was so different from the original that I might have as well as made it a new story. Really, the only similarities planned are the Elements of Harmony disappearing, and a war. Everything else is practically unrecognizable.
Yes, I am working on it, and while it's completion is another thing altogether, it'll probably get out.
