Well, now that my first FiMfic is a fact (many thanks to those who've read, liked and favored it), and my Princess Cadance / Shining Armor deviation has been uploaded to deviantArt (link, but please don't praise me for it, it looks like absolute garbage in my eyes), it's time to move on to other stuff.
Those who've seen one of my previous blog entries know what I'm planning to do next. Small update in that regard.
I'm gonna drop that Christmas/Santa fic. It was just a thought that popped into my head, but I don't see anything worthwhile coming from it.
In its place though, I came up with something different. Most of the plot is based on an issue of a Belgian comic book series called "De Kiekeboes" (literally translates into "The Peek-a-boo's"), where the main character accidentally gets doused in an experimental perfume, the smell of which disgusts men, but drives the women wild.
For the record, the intention is to make it a comedy, and not a clopfic. Something like that has been done before (Beating the Heat comes to mind - if you haven't read that, DO EET! It's a crime against all things fanfiction to miss this one), but then again, it's hard to come up with something original, since pretty much everything has already been done.
But, first things first. I'm gonna get started on a sadfic... right after I waste my time doing a second playthrough of Mass Effect 3. Stupid EA and their "it's in the game but you still gotta pay for it" DLC...
Sounds intereisting, can't wait
