Alright, so here's what I've missed while I was gone that you may or may not know.

Firstly, I would like to state that Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks comes out tomorrow, which is September 27th in case you can't keep track of the day without people telling you. (I know I can't) Sure, I'll watch it anyways, but I still wish that there was an actual pony movie.

While what I'm about to tell you next isn't exactly new, it's something I just found out. Firstly, it was announced that Season Five would definitely premier in 2015. Which part of 2015, is still varying from source to source. It's also been confirmed to have 26 episodes, and I honestly would be surprised if they did any less with the reception of Season 3. But then again, this is Hasbro we're talking about. Profit comes first.

Whether I'll actually be dedicated in watching Season Five or not is actually likely. Rainbow Rocks? Just an hour and a half of time that I wouldn't have spent better elsewhere. Twenty Six Episodes? 572 minutes? About nine and a half hours of something that I don't even like that much anymore? That's entirely different.

It's pretty noticeable by now, but I've already begun slowly drifting away from MLP for several months by now. I don't draw sketches of ponies anymore. I don't keep up with the latest fan-productions anymore. I don't check Fimfiction every day. Whenever I try to rewatch the show, 91 episodes, 2002 minutes? That's something I've never done, and it isn't helped by the fact that the rush that I felt initially has long since faded. What I sat in awe of, defended blindly, and obsessed over day in night is no longer something that I'm willing to spend my downtime on.

In fact, this same phenomenon has occured with LPS to an extent. I no longer enjoy watching new episodes as much, even if some of them amuse me.

So guys, while I hope I can sit around until the end of this generation of MLP, it's not looking likely.
