2477076 What do you mean? I didn't do anything, I just deleted the fiction because I didn't want people to troll anymore. Maybe I'll stick on posting stuff on deviantART, things work WAY better over there.
And I'm sure people are still gonna dislike my comments and everything... I'm kind of sick of it. I just wanted to defend that guy, and people still think they made sense? It was SO WRONG to defend that ungrateful pushover. He takes their insults as help! I mean, WHAT. THE. FUCK.

2477110 what im saying is you prompted that by threatening something you couldn't enforce. Ask politely not to submit to certain groups. Dont threaten mod action. Be polite to your audience and they might be more polite to you.

2477139 Because I see this on like a weekly basis. New authors get hated on for not being perfect, react poorly, and end up quitting. Don't do that. Ask politely for constructive advice, apologize for the threats. Try to work to get better. It'll work out, if you handle it well and work hard.

Also if it gets added to a group, POLITELY ask the group to remove it. They have to comply.

2477202 trust me. I see this all the time. When you post stuff here, people "test" you with some troll sort of comments. If you react poorly, they keep piling on because you're giving them the reaction they want. If you ignore it and focus on the criticism and improving your skills, you'll find a lot of people willing to help. It's surprising how much your attitude plays a role in your experience here.
Lemme know if you want the story restored. I'm happy to do that as well as remove it from groups if politely asking the staff is met with resistance.
Operative word here though is "politely." If you sscream and flail, you lower yourself to their level and encourage them to continue harassing you.

2477287 That doesnt really matter when people already remember you from that last debacle and now you've got an admittedly empty threat on your story. If you put a sign over a button that says "do not press," people are gonna press it just because it's amusing to them.
Im not trying to make you feel bad, I'm just explaining how this always goes in my experience. And I've got more experience with these situations than most. You can trust me when i give you advice here.
