Hey Ocean!

I'm probably like, the only brony who took so long to give them a listen. It's Ashleigh Ball for buck's sake! It's not like I didn't have access to YouTube or anything, but I just never looked into them, and now I'm filled with a giant crater teeming with regret, because Hey Ocean! is buckin' awesome!

I have to thank 'A Brony Tale' for getting me to listen to them, since the documentary featured a few of their songs, and got me to realize they're awesome. I don't go imagining Applejack or Rainbow Dash singing, because Ashleigh's voice doesn't sound like them at all, but they're the kind of upbeat music I really like.

Edit: I've been listening to Hey Ocean! on repeat for three days straight, including eight hours straigt at work. I simply don't get tired of the songs, no matter how many times I listen to them. I haven't felt this way about music since I was a teenager!

I'm even gearing up to buy the Acoustic Sessions of "Is" and the Big Blue Wave single, and I never like remixes or acoustic versions. This is just so crazy, lol

They're just so damned catchy though. Even when I'm not listening to them, the songs are playing on repeat in my head. I'm telling everyone I know about them, because they're just so epic.

I hope they come to Arizona someday. I would love to see them in concert.
