2440311 Honestly... I don't know! I've had a very rough patch in my life for a couple of years, but I never really write to release those emotions. I cope in other ways. I don't enjoy sadness, but I feel more accomplished if my story elicits a few manly tears instead of a huge 'd'awww'. That aside, I am preparing to venture off into the world of warm and fuzzy (briefly...) with a fic that DOESN'T end in death and remorse. It'll be some new territory for me.

2440367 It depends on whether you're speaking of video games or card/board games. (haha cardboard) Knowing you, I'm guessing you were referring to video games, yes? Well, I don't really enjoy horror or shooter games. I enjoy Animal Crossing, Minecraft, Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass, Super Mario 3D Land... usually not scary and usually not too intense. They're fun and light-hearted when you want them to be, and that's what I like about them.

2440749 Well, from some very brief research, I deduce it's slaying dragons? If not, I may reconsider, but it doesn't seem like the kind of game I would be interested in.

2440803 Actually I have a partially written story sorta like that, sad at first, then ends with bittersweet fuzzies. But I'm a slow writer and when I sit down to write, I get major writer's block. Even when trying to get out just 1000 words of practice story. If you'd like I can send you a link and you can have it.
